Hossam--XP will support Java, but can't/won't offer it because of a patent dispute with Sun. MS will offer a new Virtual Machine shortly to overcome the patent issue. I believe the file for which Abraxas has posted the URL is the most recent MS Virtual Machine (before the patent dispute stopped MS from offering it) and will work fine.

You can install the Sun Java 1.4 VM. It seems to work fine on most installations that I have.
