Resolved Why non english in "Options" display

Hello, I had strangest thing happen. I bought a new PC and I downloaded newest edition of Mozilla Thunderbird. When I put in my Accounts & Options I noticed that in Options under Display it has the 5 words in foreign language. The "Tags" are
1st I rendesishem
2nd Pune
3rd Personal
4th Per t' u Bere
5th Per me vone
Why would this happen.
Its Version 16.02 of Thunderbird & I DL the English version, I'm sure because everything else English.

Hi Paul,

Weird! It looks to me as though, somehow or other, you got the Albanian version. I'd go back and download the U.S. English version again, and install it after uninstalling your current version.
