which mobo to get with athlon 64 processor

    I am planning on upgrading my pc and want an athlon 64 processor but an stumped as to which mobo to get, any recommendations. I was leaning toward the MSI K8T but do not really need on board sound. thanks in advance.

    Just about everything these days comes with on board sound. Just disable in the bios if you don't want to use it.

    I would lean towards this one but that's just my opinion.

    You might want to post this over at amdforums.com. You'll get alot of replies.

    Make sure to check out some Nforce 3 solutions before making your final decision. And yeah, if a board didn't come with onboard sound of some kind, that would be too freaky.
