There is a place that is sending out privet messages and if you get one DON'T OPEN IT.
A friend I know sent me one of these . But I check all email headers before I open to see what is inside. I noticed that even though it came with there email address the reply address said noreply@there address.
So I looked into this and found that this company once you enter your email address they copy all of your address book and start sending out emails with your name.
My friend did not know this would happen with all of her security but it dose.
The place is called dotblu.com .
I told her that if she did any banking to warn the bank for if they can copy these address without her knowing it what else did they copy.
I have reported this to there ISP. But where else should I report it?
This is how they do it.
    1. someone you know gose on there site.
    2. Once your friend enters his/hers email address they make a copy of all your email address without tell you they are doing it.
    3. Then one by one they send out this email you have a privet message from you friends name@there email address.
4You open the email and a box comes up telling you to enter your email ad so they know who you are.
    5. Once you do that they have copyed your address book and start doing it all over again.
I would call this more of a warning so everyone knows to stay away from there site. Who knows maybe if everyone dose as I did and complains to there ISP it will get them off the Internet.
I just like to try to make it safe for everyone.

Not entirely true. It says "Invite your friends by selecting your address book below ".

But most will fall for it.

I'm not sure where you can report it.

Well, if you have a good AV scanner that scans incoming email you shouldn't even receive these in the 1st place.

A virus is a virus, my AV scanner doesn't discriminate between friends, family or strangers.

    I'm perplexed by your attitude.
