Windows Vista Where is the system repair disc in Vista

    my brother in law has Vista Business running on two computers. I recommended that he image the HDs in case something goes wrong with the hard drives. Anyway, the image utility is there but I could'nt find the "create a system disc" like the one that exists in win 7 pro and ultimate. I've never seen a Vista machine before. How do you create a sys disc so one can extract an image stored on a external hard drive
