    I recently got a new computer, and with it came Windows XP. I used to have Windows 95, and when I would go to Windows Explorer, the Program List was there, enabling me to get to things such as AOL downloads, and other things. Basically, everything on the Start Menu was under Program List. Well, on XP, in Windows Explorer, all that's there are My Documents, My Computer, and My Network Places. How do I get the Program List to be there? I have been all over the place looking. Please Help!:confused:

    I'm not sure what you mean by the Program List.
    Do mean the Program Folder?

    Program List

    I guess it could be called Program Folder. On our old computer, it might've been just Programs or whatever, but all I know is that it included all of the things that are in the start menu.

    If you're looking for the programs folder open Windows Explorer, click on My Computer, the C:\ drive and then on Program Files.

    If you're trying to access the start menu there are a couple of different places to look;

    Open Windows Explorer, click on My Computer, the C:\ Drive, Documents & Settings, All Users, Start Menu;

    and/or

    Open Windows Explorer, click on My Computer, the C:\ Drive, Documents & Settings, "Your User Name ", Start Menu;

    The installation routines of some programs will create icons in the All Users start menu folder, while others will create them in Your User Name start menu folder.
