Resolved Where is Office 2016 Pro key stored

I have Office 2016 Pro installed on my Windows 10 Pro (64 bit) laptop and I want to re=format the hard drive and do a clean install. My problem is that I have the installation disc for Office 2016 Pro but I've lost the key.

I assume the key is stored somewhere in the registry but don't know where. Can anyone let me know where I can find my Office 2016 Pro key.

 

Belarc Advisor will show your Office Product key - I would re-install and I think you will have to go through Activation as it is dependent on how many times it has been activated. I've done this with Office 2013 when I changed my HDD to a SSD. No problems - just the time taken going through the process.
