Getting a new computer tomorrow. Transfering data to disk to format this one. But I can't find my emails in xp.

In 98 they were under the Application Data folder. Not so in xp. In fact, I couldn't find them under any logical folder.

Will someone please direct me in the right direction. Thanks

Thanks to both of you. I'm still trying to get used to xp. At least I'm not having any major problems so xp is doing pretty good.

    John,
Another quick and dirty way of saving emails is to simple Highlight those emails you want, then from the edit menu select copy. Then paste them to a folder in your backup method. I.E a CDRW etc. Then copy them back into the appropriate opened email window (inbox, read etc) again in the new install. Not as suave as saving the data file, but hey it works. ;)
