When I close a vB forum, it re-opens...

    This is pretty strange, but sometimes when I close a vB forum, like this one, it will continuously re-open in windows and I have restart my computer, I have scanned for viruses and I have none, I'm using IE 5.5... It only seems to happen on vB forums, no other websites... What could be causing this?
