What would cause this?

    On my brothers pc every time he conects to the net something called "dail up scripting tool" (correct spelling he says) sends out a LOT of info thus hogging all his band width. Anyone here know what it is and how to stop it?:confused:

    I'm no networking expert, but for starters he should try: My Computer>Dialup Networking>right click his ISP connectoid>Properties>Scripting and make sure the script field is blank. That's the only thing I can guess.
