What the heck is this message and how do I stop it?

I have Bellsouth DSL... I opened my browser to go to a website and got this message:
Redirect Server: Rapid Logic/1.1 MIME-version: 1.0 Connection: close Content-Type: text/html Location:http://launchmodem/redirectBS.htm
Any suggestions on how to fix it?

There seems to be a common thread with Bell South and I presume DSL modems.
On fellow got rid of the message by unplugging his DSL modem, turning off the computer, waiting a few minutes, powering the modem back on and restarting his computer.
If that or any of the other ideas do not help, I would telephone BellSouth and have those Google references ready if they tell you it is not their fault.
