What the heck have I got ?

    I bought two of these at a flea market just
    because they looked interesting and were cheap.

    After searching Sun Microsystems and Google
    until my eyes are about to bleed, I still have no
    idea what I have.

    They are made by Sun Microsystems the Part No.
    on the back is: SunPN 541-1770-01
    Can some one help me identify this hardware
    and what it is used for.
