What kind of blank CD's to make a System Repair disc?

    I've never burned a disk before.

    I want to create a standard System Repair disc for my two Win7-64 Pro computers.

    I found the item in the control panel.

    I have an old set of new CD-R 48x 80min 700mb For Computer Burning discs.

    Please verify if this is suitable for my purpose.

    I would think that you need a DVD for W7. The W7 disc I have is DVD and I think I burned a Restore disc on a DVD.
