Resolved What is the program Tray App and what does it do?

Windows 7 cannot configure the Tray App program but it keeps trying to. I continue getting the message "installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with the package. Error Code 2908. I try to close both windows but I have a hard time getting these messages to go away. I have attempted to find the program to delete it but I cannot find it in the downloads file or as an installed program. Any guidance, help or advice on how to get rid of this thing would be most appreciated. None of my security programs have found the problem. Thanks so much, Dave Waggner
