   when I reboot my computer a black box comes up titled netsh.exe How do I get rid of it?

   Googling for netsh.exe gave these results and one of the links to look at is How to Use the Netsh.exe Tool and Command-Line Switches but it seems like you are a victim of spyware since netsh.exe shouldn't run by itself.
   
   Have a look at Subject: netsh.exe virus? which indicates that downloading, updating and running Spybot S&D might find the culprit.
