Was wondering if anyone had any level of knowledge as to what Event ID (0) is due to or can cause it?

I have not been able to find any information on Event ID (0) on the internet or Microsoft support site.

    Thank you.

    Here is the complete error:

The description for Event ID ( 0 ) in Source ( GMService ) cannot be found. You may be able to use the /AUXSOURCE= flag to retrieve this description; see Help and Support for details. The following information is part of the event: Record/Key deleted.

    Arie,

Thank you very much for the suggestion. I will look into getting a dump created.

I would like to verify: so the error just means that the service is crashing or failing for some unknwon reason, and it is probable that it is due to some environmental conflict?

    Thank you.
