All of a sudden I got a "Disabled Startup" folder in my "Start Menu ". How did it get there? What is it for anyway? Is there a problem if I just remove it? I remember having aquired the same thing when I was using XP. I simply dusted it off! Thank you guys.

When you look in the folder is it empty or do you see items that you recently disabled?

Going to guess that it's safe to delete the folder.

Thank you very much Steve. Before I red your post, I had already sent it to Hell! :) Like you said, think it's useless. One of those pieces of bloody rubbish M$ pushes down our OS's. I remember havign the same stuff in XP couple of months ago, and my solution was the same. BTW, it always appeared empty, just like now. I think it works for noobs, but not for us. :D
