Resolved what happened to shortcuts in win10

    do we still have the ability to create a shortcut fot a program in our desktop?

    Hi jarbunic, If you want to Pin to Taskbar - just Right click on Program and the Menu should give you the choices.
    For example - I use MS Office Word to copy/paste into so just doing the above enables me to click on the Word Icon in the Taskbar which opens really quick and use immediately.
    You can also click on an Icon and drag it to where you want it. You can move the Icons in the Taskbar by click and hold and slide to where you want it.

    Right click on the Desktop > New > Shortcut and follow the wizard through.
