What does this "Trusted sites" message mean?

I recently added my common sites to the IE7 Trusted Sites list so the Phishing filter would hopefully open the sites faster.

However, now I get another Security Warning and I'm not sure what it is telling me since even if I say No, it still opens the site??

Could someone please explain what this means:

"The current Web page is trying to open a site in your Trusted sites list. Do you want to allow this?

    Current site: http://ads.cnn.com

    Trusted site: http://money.cnn.com "

(Can I just always say No to these?)

    thanks

It means there's an ad on the page with an URL of http://ads.cnn.com

If you open the http://money.cnn.com page then click View>Source on the Menu, it will open the page in your chosen text editor. There you can do a Find for the URL http://ads.cnn.com and see right where it is. There happens to be quite a few of them loading from that URL. They are safe to allow.

    noah,

Thanks, but I am still unclear what action I should take. I either want to always say Yes or No and get on with it. The other part of the message says:

"Warning: allowing this can expose your computer to security risks. If you don't trust the current Web page, choose No. "

Since, I obviously trust my "trusted website" is it safe to always say yes?
