What does the EUL require me to do before I donate my XP computer?

I have bought a new computer and want to donate my old one to a friend.
I’m not sure what to do about Windows XP that is installed on the old computer.
I’m the registered user.

You are allowed to gift or sell the complete operating system to any other person. You are not allowed to keep and use a copy of the system on another computer. Give them the install disk and all literature and you'll be a good guy. Be sure they get the sticker with the product key code on it also.

You're welcome. FYI, a direct quote from the EULA reads:

I doubt they can keep count of how many times it gets transferred but not to worry in your case I'm sure since you are indeed the initial user.
