What does blue text for file names mean?

    I noticed this earlier in the week, but I didn't really think anything about it. It doesn't seem to be causing problems, but it's more curious than anything. See the following picture.

    Why are some of the icons in blue text, as opposed to the normal black? I have not changed anything, nothing to do with fonts or colors. I'd assume a program would do this, but nothing I've installed would want to.

    Any ideas?

    It is a compressed file. Black=Normal, Blue=Compressed, and Green=Encrypted.

    It general means the files are encrypted or have been compressed. Running disk cleanup compresses files....There is an option in tools->Folder options to show encrypted/compressed files in color..
