what do i need in a computer?

    my current pc is messed up, and computer techs charge so much to fix it i might as wel buy a new one since my current is about 3 years old.. so i was wondering what i need to look for in a pc (specs) heres what i use it for

    music
    movies
    pictures

    ^ i keep al the above on a seperate hard drive

    and other then that, just internet and i play star wars galaxies online and am gonna play the new starwars mmorpg when it comes out.... so whats the basic i need? to be able to run these games properly

    i dont know much about computers so im not sure what to look for

    Pretty much any $399 and up pc on Dell's web site will do the things on your list. The more you spend, the more of the things you can do at the same time;)
