Windows Vista what are these files?

I would like to know what these files are and can they be safely deleted by going to system tools and disk cleanup without causing any problems with how my computer operates?

the operating system I have is windows vista home premium

the setup log files
system error mnidump files
files discarded by windows upgrade
per user archived windows error
system archived windows error
system queued windows error
