    That's crazy. I've always classified SpyHunter as crapware and the fact they are suing BleepingComputer shows how shady Enigma Software really is. I've never used nor recommended their products as they always seemed like junk programs and the company has not been known for putting out reliable products.

    Hopefully this lawsuit gets thrown out but its unfortunate that BleepingComputer now has to spend so much time trying to fight this pointless battle.

    I've used BleepingComputer's resources extensively in the past at no cost. I just sent them a contribution - thanks for the "Heads up" Broni.

    The lawsuit might not go anywhere, but lawyers still have to be hired to defend. I would definitely counter sue as this appears to be a "frivolous lawsuit" in my view
