BEFORE you flame me, I did search the bored and I read the Microsoft solution. But, my harddrive is enabled for cache writing.

The harddrive is a Western Digital 160GB 2MB Cache.
    Free Space: 33.7GB
    Total Size: 149GB

Is there any solution that will work? The whole "Delayed Write Failed" pop-up only shows up when I transfer large files. (Shortcuts I can transfer, MP3's I cannot).

    Help please!

EDIT: The hard drive is about 3-4 weeks old. So it's pretty new.
