Weird sort problem in Outlook 2007

    Yesterday my Outlook 2007 started behaving oddly. I generally sort my Inbox by date received, but also click "from" to sort by sender for searches. The Inbox sort is suddenly defaulting to sorting by sender. I will click on "Received" column header, and it will sort correctly, but if I click away, say to my calendar or contacts or even sent folder, and then click back, it has reverted to sorting by sender.

    Anyone have any ideas on how to fix? I have restarted several times and run all my antivirus scans, neither of which have helped. Do I need to reinstall?

    Right click on a Column heading like: Received and select Customize Current View. Look in the SORT section to set the defaults.

    That actually didn't work, but when I went to Customize Current View and clicked Reset Current View that worked. Thanks!
