website question for watch TV

    Hi, i have a chinese friend in the USA ,in the past she would watch many TV shows from China in the USA on her computer.
    the website address is http://www.tudou.com
    Now recently these shows or movies can not watch because they saw can't see these out of China.

    I was wondering if you know some method let she could get the TV shows.
    Any help would be great.

    thanks for you information do you know some good VPN agent software

    I was trying to get a vpn so when my friends in USA she can still watch movies from china If she vpns to a china vpn then the movie website thinks she is in china
