    I ran the free version of Webroot Spyware and it found the following:
    Anything I should be concerned about?
    (I'm back from the hospital and surgery and haven't had any Generic Host Process problems yet, but this concerns me.)

    The Instant Access and SearchExe could be problematic. Did it remove them? Having any problems? Popups?
