I have Netscape Communicator 4.78. Normally I use Netscape Messenger for my e-mail and it works fine. But I just tried to register for their "WebMail ". I entered my screen name and password but got a message that one or the other was invalid. Then I tried using the "forgot your password?" option, and got a message saying I'd get an e-mail in a few minutes with my password. I tried this twice, and never received anything. Any help or clues would be appreciated!

    Hi grandpa,

Is this the first time you have registered for Webmail? I would say off the top of my head, that perhaps you made a typo when entering your information on registration, or could you be mistaken about what you are entering now, in the Login? Have you tried registering again, with different information?

    Hi,Ramona

Well, I think this is the first time. But I'll try re-registering and see what happens.

Something is obviously wrong here. I tried registering anew, with different screen names, including a few random combinations of letters. Without exception, every time I got a message saying that screen name is already in use. Can't be!
