Webconnect errors on ICS machine

I work at a radio station that uses an automation system called WAVESTATION to automate the music. www.bsiusa.com They have a program that works with it called WEBCONNECT. The program checks for e-mail every 15 minutes. When I send it an e-mail with commands, the program locks up. This isn't the typical ICS/E-mail problem because it doesn't hang until after the e-mail transfer.

Any ideas? Happens on Win2k and Win95.
