Resolved Web sites open only one half page at top.

    websites open only one half page at top of screen. I have tried the stretch method and the hold windows key and tap the up arrow.button. Both methods will open full screen but when I close screen and open
    again it is minimized.

    Hi cbumpkin, If you are using FF > View > Full screen. IE > Tools > Full screen
