Situation: Being away from home, I am using a laptop to access web mail. I have two account with different ISP. I am using eitheir IE6 or Firefox2.
Problem: One ISP I access via hot mail and everything is OK 100% (Sympatico).
The other ISP(Videotron) I access directly their web client machine and I can see and read my E_Mail but cannot respond (button make sound but nothing happend, cannot even write new message but can write addreses in to: or cc; or else)
Any idea of solution on laptop, ISP client services is in the

    Thanks

Since you are accessing via a WEB site page, possible the site requires Java support. Does your current browser / rules allow Java to run when on their site? Another possible (but stretching) you need to be link via a HTTPS:// versus HTTP:// to have ability to create / send emails.
