    Hi guys,

I found some online tutorials I like, and they are RM files. No sweat, I just downloaded Real Player. And I can watch the files perfectly fine. But all that downloads is a 1kb file that somehow links to a file on the web that has to load.

I'm wondering how to download the ENTIRE file so I can watch it offline. Anyone know how?

    Thanks!

    Chris

There are a few files (the way they are delivered) that cannot be saved without recording software on your computer. RMrecorder and WMrecorder are a few.

Many files can be saved without special software. Many files (I don't know exactly the type your dealing with) can be save using this method. After the file has played, do not close your player or your browser. Go to your Temp Internet folder. If the file is there simply right click on it and copy it. Then paste it to a permenent location. If its not there do a search for it to find it. Remember its a temporary file, it will go away if you close your browser or your media player.

There are other methods similar to this, but some video files will require software to capture.
