Warning when closing Internet Explorer 7 with multiple tabs open

After downloading the Internet Explorer7 I noted that whenever I closed the browser it would ask me if I wanted the open tabs to reload when I reopened
the browser.
Somehow I must have checked for it to stop reminding me. The result is that every time I close the browser I need to reopen my favorite tabs.

Is it possible to reobtain the reminder note?

 

Tools, Internet Options, Tabs -- Settings,
Checkmark 'Warn me when closing multiple tabs.'

Do you know about the Tab Group feature? Multiple Home pages?
