Download Ad-aware 6.181 if that is newer than the version you have, immediately update the definitions ('Check for updates now'), configure it as shown here, run it and delete all it finds. Also download Spybot, update it, run and delete all items in green - click on the Immunise button and then again on the immunise button on the next screen for permanent protection against some nasties. I assume you have anti virus on board - fully updated, but to be on the safe side run an online virus scan from Housecall (in Quicklinks)
