wanted: *complete* outlook XP backup software

I've driven myself nearly mad trying a variety of software programs to COMPLETELY (*) backup outlook XP before reformatting and reinstalling

*:
- all email addresses, server info, usernames, passwords
- all old email in personal folders or where ever visible to user
- complete calendar information

I don't think that's too much to ask. software claims to work, I flick over to the new hard drive an XP install run the restore and lo and behold many things are missing depending on archival software including: ALL/or some of my email addresses, missing calendar information, missing archived email.

I remember seeing a program for outlook express that converted old emails, preserving folder stucture, to an indexed, multifile collection of HTML documents. I think I'd rather prefer that than a megalithic .PST file.

but no, I'm not to be sated. This doesn't appear possible.
