walpaper and taskbar problem

    When im on the computer for about 5-10 minutes the wallpaper turns blue and the taskbar turns from blue to black and back to blue. and when there is alot of cpu usage the taskar stays blue. the only of getting back the wallpaper and taskbar is restarting or go to desktop properties and apply the theme again.:confused: this is a problem to me and it would be grateful if someone helped out.

    Have you checked your event logs for errors or warnings that look related?

    Check it out and found some errors but nothing related to wallpapers, background, display properties, or taskbar.
