    Hello All,

I have recently formatted my computer. I have almost everything back in order EXCEPT my Windows Address Book. This has come to be a very frustrating proposition. At one point in time (see this), I thought I had it all figured out. I have re-installed the same operating system - Win98SE (from disk) - and the same version of IE - 5.01 (from MS) - and consequently (I think) OE, complete with MS's most recent "updates ".

I saved my address book to a floppy and I also burned it on to a CD before doing the format. I checked each of them (twice) to make sure that this computer could read them. And now. . . I have mostly NOTHING.

On the CD the 'wab' icon shows up but when double-clicking on it, there are no contacts at all. On the floppy, the icon doesn't even show up on this computer but the icon and the contacts are visible on my wife's computer. Both computers are supposedly running the same versions of IE and OE.
I have tried everything I know to do short of re-typing it all (and ALL is a lot). Sooo. . . My worst case scenario is to unhook the printer, carry it across the house, install the software for it into her computer, print out the address book and re-enter it all in to this computer. There has to be a better way !! Help me, PLEEEZZ!!

Any and all help, as always, will be greatly appreciated. :) :)
