    hello, what a great site!

I just changed ISPs and mail clients, from thiswasmyoldISP.com :) to msn/hotmail.com

I thought I got all settings changed (learning computer). But several problems still haunt me. Have spent considerable time trying to do these:

    1.
When I hit Send in Outllook Express, it still tries my old ISP/mail address first, then my current one second. How can I delete old mail server?

    2.
If I install OE6/IE6 over my OE5, will I lose address book?

    3.
When I changed ISP-mail, it will not allow me to put in my password and save, so I dont have to fill it in everytime it goes to connect to web before dialing.

Areas stay gray and not able to even fill in the box "save password" .Must fill it in everytime.

REALLLLY appreciate this great service and thanks for your patience and answering all questions.

To delete your old account, in OE, click on tools-accounts. Click once on the one you want to get rid of and then click the remove button. As for your address book, you shouldn't lose it when you install OE 6 but I'd back it up anyway in case something were to go wrong. For your password problem check in the network applet in the control panel and see if it's set to windows logon. If not change it to that and reboot. You'll be prompted to logon just as windows starts. If you don't want to use a password, leave it empty and click ok. Don't click cancel!
