W7 Vunerability

    I have a W7 Pro and W10 Pro dual boot system. I have always preferred 7 but am now beginning to get used to 10.
    My question is, if I am using W7 still, ( I have a Virtual Xp running in XP mode, as I at least love my Old Quicken 98) and I have an up to date Norton 360 running, am I still at risk from attacks, and should I stop using 7. If so How do I run my Quicken as it seems not able to run in Hyper-V in 10.
