Hi, I am wondering if anyone can be of help. I had to un-install Zone Labs. Now I am missing my VSdata95.vxd file or driver. This message appears each time I boot my PC up, typicle black screen white DOS letters, states file is missing and to re-install the program. ( I did this and it does not work and setting foul out and surfing or email . EVEn when ZONE is turned off. I am running 5.5, Win 98, in a very well built Micron. I have treid all the file/driver searches and looking in the INF file etc.. I can not seem to solve this can anyone be of help. From past experience this will not clear up, it will only get worse. which is why I up graded about 2 wees ago, and did a clean intal. Zone, tells me to re-install zone, but I tried that and could not even acess my email again. Can anyone offer help of where iIcan get this file? I did go into systems, file checker etc.. but they all state there in nothing wrong with the PC and nothing missing. Thanks in advance for your help ! PLO

Uninstall and reinstall ZA but use these instructions to ensure that you get everything on the uninstall.
