When I try to place Volume Control in my task bar, I get an error message stating that "Windows cannot display the volume control on the taskbar because the Volume Control program has not been installed. To install it, use Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. "

Why am I getting this message when I can access volume control through control panel and it works just fine?
