Visual Basic Scripting Support

I keep getting a pop up window request to download "Visual Basic Scripting Support" but when I start to download it... I get an "Unknown error" message that says: Try again later or choose Windows Update under internet explorer "Tools" menu to install this component. But... I did not find Windows Update in my internet explorer Tools menu AND the other error message I have been getting when I try to download this Visual Basic: is that my security setting needs to be reset at Medium... But it is at medium, and I have even tried to reset it. Can you help? or tell me who I can contact to get help?

Try a manual download of the update and see whether that resolves the issue. You can download from here:-

I was not able to download from that site... download was being currupted... But... I deleted parts of internet explorer and then downloaded the upgrade and it worked! It is now fixed. Thank you
