Visual Basic Runtime Error 2147467259(8000405)

    I have a customer that gets the following runtime error when he tries to do a setup command to his machine from his operator terminal. When I hit the debug command the following code pops up and it highlights the following error:

    'Write to server'
    Item.Write value

    The Item.Write value is where the error is coming in. How do I fix this?
