Windows Vista Vista USB all dead

    Did you make ANY type of change to the pc prior to them not working?

    Provided as much detailed info about the problem as you can.

    None. I hired a computer tech and he couldn't find a reason for it.

    One usual thing to do it delete all USB ports out of device manager and reboot. Often time Windows will redetect them.

    Reinstalling the drives off of the cd you should have gotten from HP is the second typical thing to do.
