My vista cannot boot normally as it will hang and always go to repair mode.

    No error code show

But after repair, one of the statement said
"Repair action system file integrity check and repair error code 0X2 "

But I still can able to boot my vista by F4 then F8 then disable automatic restart.

This F4 and F8 function also not 100% working. I still need to restart again and again more then 50 times before i can used vista.

Currently i always leave my laptop ON 24 hrs since Jan 2010.
Once awhile need to restart, i have to do it at least 50 times resetting.
    No error code mention.

That seems to be saying to run CHKDSK (Error Checking). Read about Error Checking in Help and Support and be sure to set it to run a scan of the disk surface. It will take several hours, set it up to run overnight (you will need to restart).

    Drivers?
After you install a device or update a driver for a device, Windows Vista or Windows 7 may not start

There is something basically wrong with the system. My days of spending many hours of finding ways to save a ailing system are getting less nowadays. It could well be caused by a (third party) startup program. The Vista Startup Repair won't fix third party programs because you installed them. You could try a clean boot
How to troubleshoot a problem by performing a clean boot in Windows Vista or in Windows 7

If it looked any harder to me, I would back up and reformat. If you are interested in that avenue, you should remove/delete the Vista partition and remake it (if you are using a Microsoft installation disk), that would also cover errors that may be in the boot sector.
