Windows Vista Vista System Restore

    I have been having internet trouble so i decided to do a system restore. I did two and it didn't help me. So frustrated I did a system restore to a month ago. Now it won't boot. I let it sit for six hours and the hard drive was spinning full speed. How can I restore my system. Thanks for your help.
