I have successfully installed Viusta ultimate 64bit , and am now adding my software etc. I use two monitors which calls for the graphics card makers software to be installed to set them - at present Vista insists on showing the same material on both. But when I try to instal the software (ATI Radeon Drivers) I am told that this is a severe warning , and admin9istrator permission is needed . ( I am sole user of a home pc - with only myself entered as user). I have tried clicking on the padlock in the task bar , which brings up a new widnow for me to enter the same password , and I just go round in circles..
    Help will be appreciated .
p.s I found installation quite easy, as a clean installation, and importing other data has been OK so far .

I presume that this is a downloaded file with the driver in? If it is, have you tried right clicking on it and then "Run as administrator "?

Vista problem ; can't get into administrator mode

I got round the problem by going to the software maker (ATI) site where I found a Vista driver for my graphics card - although Vista had told me my driver was OK. At the second attempt it installed perfectly, and all is now well. And incidentally I have been into administrator mode ( gor there automatically) several times since with no trouble.
