vista business IE 8 BETA 2, AMDX64... CAN'T WATCH YOUTUBE OR ANY ACTIVEX/JA

    MY LAPTOP{TOSHIBA SATELLITE PRO A300D AMD TL60, AMD ATHLON X64... VISTA BUSINESS AND IE 8 BETA 2}...
    Just won't play youtube, active x controls or any java runtime enabled interface... I've uninstalled all previous attepts at downloading /installing java... via adobe.... without success... please help... I even got google chrome, but still couldn't get youtube videos to play error message about java/active x controls disabled or older version blah,blah,blah!!!

    IE Tools->Options->Security tab
    Can try click the "default" button or the Custom Level button and Enable active x controls.
