    Hi jamsheed1 :)

Next time one of those messages pops up, click the message window once to make sure it is selected as the active window, then press a Ctrl key and the C key simultaneously to copy the message to the clipboard. You can then right click and Paste the message into a reply here, or paste it to notepad and save it for posting at a later time.

With a message up, click the PrintScreen key, generally located along the top of the Keyboard next to F12. Open Paint, click Edit>Paste. It should paste a copy of the desktop showing the message. Save that and send it to me here.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and I think it may hold true here. ;) I believe your computer has become a robot, sending out mass emails. Lets get to work on it.

First, download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) from here or here and save the file to your desktop.

Double click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
    • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select 'Perform Quick Scan', then click Scan.
    • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note below)
    • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
    • Post the entire report in your next reply.

Note: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Once you've done that, download Dr.Web CureIt, saving the file to your desktop.
    • Doubleclick the drweb-cureit.exe file and Allow to run the express scan
    • This will scan the files currently running in memory and when something is found, click the yes button when it asks you if you want to cure it. This is only a short scan
    • Once the short scan has finished, mark the drives that you want to scan
    • Select all drives. A red dot shows which drives have been chosen
    • Click the green arrow at the right, and the scan will start
    • Click 'Yes to all' if it asks if you want to cure/move the file
    • When the scan has finished, in the menu, click file and choose save report list
    • Save the report to your desktop. The report will be called DrWeb.csv
    • Close Dr.Web Cureit
    • Please post the contents of DrWeb.csv here

Next, download the HijackThis Installer from here, then run a scan and save the log (you can close it for now).

Finally, download Deckard's System Scanner (dss.exe) and save it to your desktop.
    • Close all applications and windows.
    • Double click on dss.exe to run it and follow the prompts.
    • When the scan is complete, two text files will open; main.txt, which will be maximized and extra.txt, which will be minimized.
Post the contents of main.txt only for now.
